A good place for a quick and delicious roasted or fried chicken meal. Personal preference would be the roasted chicken as there are stuffings with lots of rosemary herbs!

Awful long wait during lunch time 12noon and the store was not busy. One car in drive thru and 1 elderly customer becoming understandably impatient. 2 customers ordered before me at the dine in counter. 20 mins later and my order was called out and dropped onto the counter. Poor customer service. No apologies & no thank you for waiting. Whoever is responsible for running the shift needs to do a better job preparing and training staff to hustle before and during lunch time.

Take away $5 meal of small chips and crispy chicken and it not only was very greasy and tasted horrid but it literally smelt. No wonder it was $5. Never again!

Still one of my families favourite as far as fast food goes.It always takes quite long there, chips turned our a bit mushy, gravy is too salty.34.95 for a rooster feed is alright.

Ordered delivery, firstly they rang to advise they had run out of roast potatoes (early on a Sunday evening), that should have been the first warning. When order delivered, missing a large chips (not the first time this has happened) so this time I decided to ring and let them know. They advised that nobody was able to deliver these to us all they could offer was a credit instore or if we wanted a refund we would have to contact head office. In this day and age, the money should have been able to be refunded immediately. Now it seems I have to waste my time trying to obtain a refund. Worst customer service, will not be returning.

I'm not aware why there are so many bad reviews. The wait time is long and depends on when the batch of roast chicken is done. Been there twice and in both instances I had to wait for 15 min.The food was always hot and well done so no complaints.
