Chicken was dry, chips were hard and only just warm. Service was absolutely terrible. 4 staff all standing around talking and I was left waiting to order at counter for like 5 minutes. Manager also seemed “spaced out” very sad.Never again!

Very sub standard and rude customor service had my order stuffed up by not adding my meal to the order relized my partners large chips missing then had to go back to the store to find out I had to stand outside the drive through window to make my complaint due to the front doors of the restraunt being locked. the service I had from manager was really rude the food wasn't the best either as my chicken wasn't cooked that that great compared to my partners. The pineapple fritters I recieved was also undercooked hard and wasn't the greatest the only good thing they could cook was the dam chips very disappointed in the whole meal. If I could give less stars for the rating I would....

Roll was really dry and hard to chew on, I am not a regular at red rooster, possibly ordered something unpopular. I hope red rooster look into making their food more interesting and enjoyable.Though Staff was courteous and quick.

I personally haven't dined in the restaurant as I tend to go through the drive thru everytime I get a meal. Occasionally with the drive thru you can wait a while to collect your order as either because someone Infront is holding up the line or the kitchen is busy cooking the meals. It's to be expected. Not a bad place to get a snack

What use to be consistant great 5 star gualities that encompassed every encounter, is now 1 star customer service. Two negative experiences in the last three days. The first one, I placed an order (in the drive through) for a regular chips and after the nice young lady told me to drive forward, I noticed that the price was a bit high. When I get to the window, I asked to nice lady did she put me in for regular chips. I noticed that the nice lady was under training and before the nice lady could respond, her trainer responded as if she was the wicked witch of Red Rooster. In her yelling, that I had ordered a load family size chips, it was clear that she had every intention of abusing me verbally. She continued on yelling things that I could not understand. Then I looked over at the trainee, seeing her face and body language covered in embarrassment, I drove off. Then two days later I returned and placed an order in side the store. I asked for two wings, two legs and a regular chips. The customer service went well, except the small part of me looking in my bag after arriving home to find out that I wasn't proved any chips.

Pretty disappointed with the quality of food tonight. Ordered a spicy triple burger and when I opened it I was really disappointed with the quality of what was wrapped up.I’ve taken a photo but for some reason I can’t post. Bottom of the burger was all mangled and soggy

The chips or any potato products are always great, chicken is decent better if you prefer soft foods and the workers serve with a smile

What happened to the chicken in the rooster rolls. I paid over $50 for 3 meals. 2 were rooster roll meals. And this is what we got. No impressed. Shouldn't have wasted my money there
