Although the food is pretty good, the manager will often refuse to honour discounts for Red rooster members. I no longer go to this location if I have a promotion as a member and go to Warwick.

The roll was so wet and sweaty. Obviously they just heat up them and pass garbage to customers. I couldn’t have the chicken roll and had to return it. Then ordered a salad roll that was slightly better but as you can see in the photo tomato was sticking out of the roll and was freezing cold.Low quality low quality low quality.

Twice now I have ordered and got home only to realise I have received the wrong order and usually I check but I don’t unwrap the burger.Tonight I ordered the “Spicy” burger box which had a tiny bit of spice rubbed on the bun and was not at all spicy.Pretty disappointing considering I have had that burger from another store before and the chicken was coated in spicy sauce and it was actually pretty decent for a fast food chicken burger. Tonight was much different and a huge let down for the second time.I won’t visit this store again unfortunately.

I hadn't been to Red rooster since the car boot chicken incident in February but this place wasn't far off. As i walked up the windows were so filthy i thought the place had closed down. I ordered some food then had a look around and the place was an absolute mess ! The roof was covered in cobwebs, there was sauce on the walls, dead flies on the window sills, benches missing the vinyl covered in clear tape, the floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in a week, only 14 of the 36 chairs were at the tables, Leaks from the roof. I didn't dare go to the rest rooms. The staff were friendly and the food was average but if my kitchen looked like that i wouldn't cook in it ! Its Chicken treat for me from now on.

The food here is fine, unfortunately there seems to be a tendency to try and overcharge. It's not just a once off, this has happened multiple times now. I've had to double check how much they actually charge my account. Not sure if this is on purpose or the staff are just incompetent but it's frustrating.

Recently moved into the area and have been there twice. Both times been let down. The chips are old and rubbery. I'm amazed they have the audacity to even serve them to customers.Our old red rooster at alexander heights had much fresher burgers and chips

just ordered a chicken tender meal from Carine Red Rooster which was $12.95. The tenders were smaller than nuggets. Will not be going back to Red Rooster again. Their overall value compared to other fast food outlets is quite poor.

I've been going here for years and the food has always been good. Always use the drive through, so I can't comment on the restaurant. They are much better than the one at Warwick as they don't seem to run out of chicken at dinner time like Warwick often does. The staff are always helpful and friendly. I am not going to bother going back to Warwick as this one is not much further to drive. I have only given 4☆s because I don't like the fact that they use proforma answers to their Google reviews, they would be better to show that they actually read the reviews.

Tried to use a $50 voucher issued from Nova radio.After placing my order, was told that I could not use it.It was within the expiriy date.Asked to speak to the manager but apparently he wasn't in.Very disappointing Red Rooster.Don't issue voucher if then you don't redeem them.Total time wasters
